Who this is for

The Post & Profit Channel Registry is a private tool used by students of the Post & Profit coaching programme and their coaches. It is not a public service. If you are not a student on the programme, this app holds nothing about you.

What we collect when you register

  • Your name and email address.
  • The link to your YouTube channel, and your niche and start date.
  • Public information about your channel: its title, handle, picture, banner, subscriber count, view count and video list — the same things anyone can see on YouTube.
  • An optional short bio, and an optional screenshot if you upload one.

What we collect only if you connect your channel

Connecting is optional. Nothing below is collected unless you choose to connect and approve it on Google's own screen.

  • Watch time, average view duration, and the average percentage of your videos that people watch.
  • Subscribers gained and lost.
  • Where your views come from (search, suggested, browse, and so on).
  • Estimated revenue, if your channel earns any.
  • Which YouTube channel your Google account owns, so we can confirm it matches the one you registered.

The permission we ask for is read-only. This app cannot upload, edit or delete videos, change your titles or thumbnails, comment or post as you, or read your email, contacts or files. That is enforced by Google, not by our promise.

What we do with it

Your coach uses it to coach you. That is the entire purpose. Your numbers are shown to Victor Catrina and the Post & Profit coaching team so they can see how your channel is doing and give you advice based on what is really happening rather than guesswork. A weekly summary of channel activity is emailed to the coaching team.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not use it for anything other than coaching you on the programme.

Where it is kept, and who can reach it

Data is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, and the app runs on Vercel. Both are in the European Union. Access is password-protected and limited to the coaching team.

The permission token that lets us read your analytics is encrypted before it is stored, using AES-256-GCM. It is never shown on any screen, never sent to your browser, and never leaves our server.

Google user data, specifically

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In plain terms: we use your YouTube data only to show your coach how your channel is performing, we do not transfer it to anyone else except where you ask us to or the law requires it, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads it except your coaching team doing exactly the job you signed up for.

How to stop it, and how to get rid of it

  • To disconnect: open your Google Account, go to Security → Your connections to third-party apps, and remove Post & Profit Channel Registry. Your coach simply stops receiving new numbers.
  • To delete everything: email victorcatrina@gmail.com and ask. We remove your record, your channel, your history and your connection. There is no waiting period and no form to fill in.

Analytics we already collected stay in the coaching record until you ask us to delete them, because they are the history your coaching is based on.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, students are told directly rather than expected to notice a date change at the top of a page.
